Pick Up and Delivery FAQ
Q. Where can you collect from and deliver to?
A. We can collect your car from any location within a 5 mile radius of our workshop. Want it collected from your home? No problem! Want it picked up from work or elsewhere? That's fine too.
Q. Is my car insured?
A. Yes, any car we take for MOT testing is fully insured.
Q. How do I pay?
A. There are a variety of ways in which you can pay for your MOT. You can pay by either debit card, credit card or cash.
Q. When do I get a receipt?
A. A receipt can be sent by email or will be provided when your car is delivered back to you.
Q. How do I get my MOT certificate?
A. We will either hand over your MOT certificate to you personally or leave it on one of the seats of your car; whichever you prefer.
Q. What happens if my car fails the MOT?
A. In the event that your car fails its MOT, we will contact you immediately to let you know. We'll tell you exactly why the car has failed and what you can do next.
Q. How do I contact Medway MOT Centre in case there is a change of plan?

Q. Do all your charges include VAT?
A. The MOT test that we carry out is VAT free.
